  1. Even just tweaking the way that you eat “make fast food” by adding healthy and whole foods instead of the sugar and salt crap can make a huge difference – definitely going to try a few of these out!

  2. Omg these all look amazing! and Rollups, what a blast from the past, i’d almost forgotten about those!
    Something to take into consideration though is the fact that cutting out a certain food can sometimes cause major cravings which results in bingeing. That’s why it’s great that you guys are posting alternatives that will still satisfy those fast food cravings, awesome work. Check out my blog and let me know what you think!
